العربون غير مسترد في حال إلغاء الطلب من قبل العميل.

تتراوح مدة تنفيذ الطلب من 6 إلى 16 أسبوعًا، وذلك بحسب مواصفات الطلب وضغط العمل.

جميع الأسعار لا تشمل رسوم الشحن الدولي ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

يتحمل العميل كافة تكاليف الشحن المتعلقة بالإرجاع أو التعديلات.

يحق للعميل إجراء تعديل لمرة واحدة فقط مجانًا خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وأي تعديلات إضافية تكون خاضعة لرسوم يتم تحديدها حسب نوع التعديل.

لا يوجد استرجاع، ويُسمح بالاستبدال فقط في حال وجود اختلاف واضح بين المنتج والمواصفات المذكورة في الفاتورة، على أن يتم إشعارنا بذلك خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام.

في حال تأخر العميل عن سداد المبلغ المتبقي خلال مدة شهر واحد من تاريخ إشعاره، يُعتبر الطلب ملغيًا، ولا يتم استرجاع العربون.

تُطبق رسوم إضافية على الطلبات المستعجلة التي يتم تنفيذها خلال أسبوع عمل واحد، بقيمة 2000 درهم لكل عباءة.

تبلغ رسوم التوصيل داخل الدولة 30 درهم.

تبلغ رسوم الشحن الدولي 220 درهم لكل عباءة، ولا تشمل الأسعار أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب دولية، ويتحملها العميل حسب أنظمة الدولة المستلمة.

لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن تأخر أو تعذر توصيل الطلب بعد تسليمه لشركة الشحن، وذلك نتيجة ظروف خارجة عن نطاق سيطرتنا، بما في ذلك – على سبيل المثال لا الحصر – الحروب، النزاعات، الأحوال الجوية، القرارات الحكومية، أو أي ظروف طارئة أو قاهرة تؤثر على خدمات الشحن، ولا يترتب على ذلك أي التزام بالتعويض أو الاسترداد.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية دقة المقاسات والتفاصيل المقدمة عند الطلب، ولا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن أي أخطاء ناتجة عن معلومات غير دقيقة.

قد تختلف الألوان بشكل طفيف نتيجة الإضاءة أو إعدادات الشاشات، ولا يُعتبر ذلك عيبًا في المنتج.

في حال رفض العميل استلام الطلب أو عدم التجاوب مع شركة الشحن، لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية، ولا يتم استرجاع أي مبالغ مدفوعة.

أي تأخير من العميل في الرد أو اعتماد التفاصيل قد يؤدي إلى تأخير في تنفيذ الطلب، ولا تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية ذلك.

يجب الالتزام بتعليمات العناية بالمنتج، ولا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الغسيل غير الصحيح.

تحتفظ الشركة بحق استخدام صور المنتجات في أغراض التسويق والإعلان ما لم يطلب العميل خلاف ذلك.

قد تتأثر مواعيد التسليم خلال المواسم وفترات الضغط (مثل رمضان والأعياد)، ولا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن أي تأخير خارج عن نطاق سيطرتها.

يمكن طلب تعديل على الطلب قبل بدء التنفيذ فقط، وبعد بدء التنفيذ لا يمكن إجراء أي تغييرات. 

الصور المعروضة على الموقع هي لأغراض توضيحية، وقد تختلف بعض التفاصيل البسيطة في المنتج النهائي.

لا تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية فقدان أو تلف الشحنة بعد تسليمها لشركة الشحن، ويتم التعامل مع هذه الحالات وفق سياسات شركة الشحن.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية صحة عنوان الشحن، وأي تكاليف إضافية ناتجة عن تعديل العنوان بعد الشحن تكون على العميل.

يُعد إتمام الطلب أو الدفع موافقة صريحة على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة. 

تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب دون إبداء الأسباب.

تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت، ولا يؤثر ذلك على الطلبات المؤكدة مسبقًا.

جميع التصاميم والأعمال الفنية مملوكة للشركة، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة إنتاجها بأي شكل دون إذن.

تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، ويُعد استمرار استخدام الموقع موافقة على التعديلات. 

مدة التنفيذ تقديرية، وقد تمتد في حال حدوث ظروف غير متوقعة أو ضغط عمل، ولا يُعد ذلك سببًا للإلغاء أو الاسترداد. 

نظرًا لأن جميع المنتجات تُنفذ يدويًا، قد تختلف بعض التفاصيل البسيطة من قطعة إلى أخرى، ويُعد ذلك جزءًا من تميز المنتج وطبيعته الفنية، ولا يُعتبر عيبًا. 

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of order cancellation by the client.

Production time ranges from 6 to 16 weeks, depending on order specifications and workload.

All prices exclude international shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

The client is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or alterations.

The client is entitled to one complimentary alteration within 3 days of receiving the order. Any additional alterations will incur fees depending on the type of modification.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, refunds are not available. Exchanges are only permitted in cases of a clear discrepancy between the product and the specifications stated in the invoice, provided that we are notified within 24 hours of delivery.

If the remaining balance is not paid within one month from notification, the order will be considered canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

An additional fee of AED 2,000 per abaya applies for rush orders completed within one business week.

Domestic delivery fees are AED 30.

International shipping is AED 220 per abaya. Prices do not include customs duties or international taxes, which are the responsibility of the client according to the destination country’s regulations.

The company is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to wars, conflicts, weather conditions, government decisions, or any unforeseen events affecting shipping services. No compensation or refund will be provided in such cases.

The client is responsible for providing accurate measurements and details. The company is not liable for any errors resulting from incorrect information.

Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects.

If the client refuses to receive the order or fails to respond to the shipping company, the company bears no responsibility and no refunds will be issued.

Any delay by the client in responding or approving details may result in a delay in production, for which the company is not responsible.

Clients must follow the provided care instructions. The company is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper washing.

The company reserves the right to use product images for marketing and advertising purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

Delivery timelines may be affected during peak seasons (such as Ramadan and Eid), and the company is not responsible for any delays caused by high demand.

Modifications are only allowed before production begins. Once production has started, no changes can be made.

Images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences may occur in the final product.

The company is not responsible for any loss or damage once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any such cases will be handled in accordance with the shipping carrier’s policies.

The client is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Any additional costs resulting from changes after shipment will be borne by the client.

Placing an order or completing payment constitutes full acceptance of all stated terms and conditions.

The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order without providing a reason.

The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time. This does not affect previously confirmed orders.

All designs and artworks are the property of the company and may not be copied or reproduced in any form without permission.

The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Production timelines are estimates and may extend due to unforeseen circumstances or workload. This does not qualify for cancellation or refund.

As all products are handmade, slight variations may occur between pieces. This is considered part of the product’s uniqueness and artistic nature and is not considered a defect.
