Refund policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, refunds are not available.

Customers must notify Batalya of any issues within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this period, the item will be considered accepted and in good condition.

Exchanges are only permitted in cases where there is a clear discrepancy between the product and the specifications stated in the invoice.

Requests for exchange must be made within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging.

The client is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
