Shipping Policy

We ship all orders through third-party courier services.

Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment has been received. Production time ranges from 6 to 16 weeks depending on the order specifications and workload. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and external factors.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination. International shipping is AED 220 per abaya. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the client according to the destination country’s regulations.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the company is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage. Any shipping-related issues will be handled in accordance with the shipping carrier’s policies.

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, or government regulations.

To avoid delays, clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or updated addresses after shipment will be borne by the client.

If the client refuses to receive the shipment or fails to respond to the shipping carrier, the order will not be refunded.
